Dobrý den, jak dlouhá je záruční doba na tento produkt? Pokud již záruční doba skončila, mohli by jste mi poradit nějaký servis - zařízení přestalo fungovat. Velice děkuji.

Dobrý den. Jak je zajištěn záruční a pozáruční servis? Je nutné stroj vždy převézt do Alzy, nebo je reálná návštěva technika doma? A je možná služba pravidelné servisní prohlídky (placené samozřejmě) doma se seřízením a promazáním, aniž bych musel stroj někam transportovat? Děkuji. OM
