Dobrý den, vlastním tyto sluchátka asi 7 měsíců a najednou mě pravé sluchátko začalo hrát méně než to levé, hraje asi jen na 20% což je nepříjemné a nedají se používat. Někde jsem četl že muže pomoct update firmwaru, já mám verzi 2C54 což je asi ta nejnovější. Nevíte někdo co s tím???

Dobrý den, zakoupila jsem tyto sluchátka a mám Samsung S8. Zvuk je super, ale dosah cca 3 metry. Máte někdo podobnou zkušenost? Mám reklamovat, nebo to bude telefonem. Zkusila jsem s jiným samsungem a také cca 3 metry. Prosím o radu
