Dobrý deň, Tesne po ukončení záruky nám tlačiareň vyhodila chybu 5B00. Chyba- kontaktujte servis. Na internete som našla jednoduchý návod ako túto chybu opraviť. Avšak niemôžeme pristúpiť k oprave, kým jej neupdatujeme verziu- máme udajne starú, čo aj tlačiareň sama vie po pripojení k počítači. Avšak nijakým spôsobom nám nejde nainštalovať jej update, ktorý sama vie že potrebuje. Viete mi poradiť? Trošku som nahnevaná na systém- kúpim tlačiareň, po záruke tesne vyhodí systémovú chybu, ktorú musím ísť opraviť za nekresťanské peniaze do autorizovaneho servisu, pričom nebyť toho by bola oprava tlačiarne jednoduchá.... Také zamyslenie na záver o vypočítavej šikane zákazníka...

Dobrý den, dnes jsem zakoupila tuto tiskárnu, po zprovoznění a propojení s PC i s telefon tiskne velmi nekvalitně, barvy nejsou realné, jiná barevná stupnice. V údržbě jsem provedla kontrolu trysek, čištění, hloubkové čištění a i přes velkou spotřebu vypláchnutí inkoustu a stále špatně, kde by mohl být prosím problém ?

Dobrý den, dokáže tiskárna tisknout např. Na čtvrtku nebo dá se tisknout na samolepicí štítky? Nemohu se nikde dočíst jestli ingoust je voděodolný.
