Dobrý den, jakým způsobem je možné hodinky vypnout? Včera jsem je poprvé zapnul, to šlo bez problémů, ale když je chci vypnout stejným (SOS) tlačítkem, tak krátkým stiskem tlačítka se jen uspí a po dlouhém stisknutí se zobrazí informace, že není nastaveno SOS číslo. Děkuji za radu.

Dobrý den, po vložení SIM s 2G a registraci hodinek. Mi aplikace pise žádné spojení se serverem, zkontrolujte připojení internetu. Těm mi ale funguje. Nedostanu se do aplikace abych mohla zadat číslo do hodinek, atd. Děkuji

Dobrý den, pořídil jsem dceři tyto hodinky. Ale po přihlášení do aplikace nejdou hodinky připojit. Aplikace píše, že hodinky nejsou nalezeny. PIN na SIM vypnut a přesto se do hodinek nejde dostat. Operátor ČEZ, data nastavena na 2G a pořád nic :( mockrát děkuji za radu.

Dobrý den, když se pokouším přidat zařízení v aplikaci, přes AR kód nebo číselný kód, vždy to napíše zařízení nenalezeno. Sim karta podporuje 2G a má kredit. Jak mám spárovat?
