Dobrý den, fotopast přes aplikaci smartlife zobrazovala on-line obraz pasti. Nyní již ne a pouze se vždy objeví hlášení vytváření šifrovaného kanálu a obraz se nezobrazí a objeví se znovu hlášení otevřít a opět vytváření šifrovaného kanálu. Můžete prosím poradit, kde může být problém? Děkuji

Dobrý den, v jednom dotazu zde odpovidate, že možné výpadky může způsobit slabý nebo nestabilní signál, může tento problém řešit jiná anténa, případně bych poprosil odkaz. Děkuji

Dobrý den, zakoupili jsme již rozbalený kus a je zaheslovaný a do fotopasti se vůbec nedá dostat, "zvenku" nelze přepnout do továrního nastavení ani vymazat heslo...

Dd, po projiti nastaveni a prepnuti fotopasti do rezimu on už se fotopast dale nehalsi je v rezimu offline , fotky nedela v aplikaci je videt jako offline . Je s timto produktem problem a je to na reklamaci nebo muze byt jen chyba v neajkem nastaveni . Smart life se musi nejak platit aj. ???

dobry den Při aktivaci se past normalně přihlasila k síti ale od druhého dne se mi to nepodařilo. Karta je aktivni , data nakoupené . Nevim co s tím poradíte?
