Dobrý den, tiskárna mi nefunguje, hlásí chybu: složené zařízení usb je starší zařízení a nebude se standardem USB 3.0 fungovat správně. Mám Win 10, usb kabel 2.0 nově koupený. kopírka funguje. Poradíte, co s tím? děkuji

Dobrý den, včera jsem koupila cartridge prvně od zakoupení tiskárny. Doposud tam byla náplň zkušební. Bohužel ale doporučovanou HP 302 mi to nechce přijmout. Co s tím?
