Na Alza uz nikdy nic neobjednam, čekám na objednavku uz ctvrty tyden a zatim to vypada, ze zde je predobednavka uplne zbytecna. Az mi ho poslou, bude bezne skladem….fakt vysmech zakaznikum.

Uz zacinam byt lehce frustrovany, rozhodne jsem neocekaval do par dni kelikoz jde o novy mobil, ale cekat vice nez mesic bez jakekoliv informace me zacina vylozene vytacet. Zaplatil jsem pred vic jak mesicem, alza ma moje penize a ja nemam ani informaci kolikaty jsem v poradi nebo zda uz je muj kus nekde na ceste! Neskutecny, nikdy vic.

Objednal jsem 12.9. 14:08, 8 minut po otevření předobjednávek. Už je to 37 dní, a telefon STÁLE nemám. Alza mění každý týden dodací datum, teď je tam zítřek (23.10.). Napíšu sem zítra, zda-li telefon doručili, ale vzhledem k tomu že mi tohle udělali už 4x to moc nevidím.
