Dobry den, pred par dny jsem si tato sluchatka koupil, hraji super, ale dost casto se behem poslechu ztlumi a ozve se zvuk parovani (strasne neprijemna melodie) i kdyz jsou sluchatka jiz pripojena. Zkousel jsem to pozorovat a v dany okamzik nedojde k odpojeni a pripojeni, neprijde zadna notifikace ktera by to mohla delat, proste se jen z nenadani ozve ta priserna melodie. Je to vada tohoto konkretniho kusu? mohu s tim ja neco udelat? nehlasil vam podobny problem i nekdo jiny?? velice dekuji za odpoved

Dobrý den, při telekonferencích se dost často stává, že se zvuk najednou stane robotickým. Bohužel pomáhá jen restart sluchátek. Nesetkal se s tím někdo? Popřípadě lze toto chování řešit reklamací? Sluchátka se takto chovají na více zařízeních.

I have one not general issue with this bluetooth headset during calls. Once i pickup call, i cannot hear oposite site, in the other hand oposite site can hear me without any problem, so mic part of this headset is working properly. This is really strange issue as the headphones are working perfectly during playing of music. I was trying to look on properties of this device in the windows and i tried everything what options offers, but without success. I noticed that once i am presented in the playback properties in windows, during playback of music, everything is ok, but once i switched to the recording options(devices), playback is somehow muted, and i cannot hear  anything without any changing, set, etc. . I double checked the level of adjust bar of volume, but was on the top level and seems to be that similar is doing during calls, once is detected by windows that is needed mic and headphones in same time, sound is muted.
