dobrý den, už dvakrát jsem sluchátka reklamoval z důvodu šumu při propojení kabelem. Mám třetí a problém je opět. Jedná se o obvyklý problém modelu, nebo jsem měl jen neuvěřitelnou smůlu? děkuji s pozdravem Keprta

Poprosím o info z Alzy či je toto dôvod na reklamáciu. Čítal som niekde, že to robí viacerým ľuďom že ukazuje stále len 80% zostatok batérie aj po hodinách používania. Aj keď sú nabité na 100%, zapnete slúchadla a stále ukazuje len 80%. To som nezažil na žiadnych slúchadlach. Ďakujem.
