Dobrý den, mohl bych se zeptat, co mám dělat? Mám takový problém, sluchátka Niceboy HIVE Pins anc 3 se mi do telefonu připojují každé zvlášť a objevují se, jako dvě samostatná sluchátka, ani po opakovaném továrním nastavení se to nezměnilo.

Dobrý den, mám problém s ekvalizérem v aplikaci. Všechny režimy kromě výchozího způsobí, že sluchátka hrají tlumeně (zvuk jako z aquaria). Dokážete mi poradit? Děkuji

Dobrý den sluchátka mám cca rok a pravé sluchátko i když ho nabijete tak vám hraje cca 5 min a potom se úplně vybije ( tovární nastavení to nezpraví) půjde to reklamovat nebo ne

Dobře den, sluchátka mi přestala hrát(zvuk kako pod vodou), a nefungují mi obě univerzální tlačítka. Stalo se to z ničeho nic a restart nepomáhá. Zvládnete mi poradit??

Dobrý večer, prestalo mi fungovať pravé slúchatko. Už dlhšie sa nedá pripojiť. Snažila som sa ho aj reštartovať aj na továrenské nastavenia ale nereaguje. Vždy sa mi pripojí iba ľavé, ktoré ako keby aj tak svieti/bliká a to pravé nerobí nič. Bol to darček a veľmi ma to mrzí keďže som sa na ne tešila a vždy som mala dobré skúsenosti aj s minulými slúchatkami od Niceboy

Dobrý den. Po prvním vytažení z boxu se nerozsvítí bílá dioda tak jak píše manuál. Box je nabitý. Sluchátka nereagují na žádný stisk tlačítek. Asi vrátit že?
