Dobrý deň, dorazili mi sluchadlá hive pods 3 pro, ale jedno mi nefunguje - nejde akokoľvek spárovať, pošlem vám to späť, alebo urobiť predtým nejakú operáciu ?
Navyše pokiaľ to budem posielať späť, nevidím dôvod aby som platil poštovné, pretože slúchadla som kúpil ako rozbalené a tým pádom musela byť vyskúšaná ich funkčnosť, napriek čomu boli nadalej posunuté do predaja.
Aký postup teda navrhujete ?

zakoupil jsme si nová sluchátka HIVE Pods 3 PRO a jsem poměrně dost nespokojený s kvalitou mikrofonu (druhá strana si stěžuje, že mě slyší jako kdybych mluvil v tunelu). Daný nedostatek může být způsoben technologií potlačení okolního šumu, kterou daný mikrofon disponuje. Rád bych se tak zeptal, zdali lze tato funkce nějak vypnout.
Sluchátka samotná hrají dobře a mají fajn zvuk, proto hledám možnosti, jak tento nedostatek "opravit", abych se vyhnul vrácení zboží.
