Dobrý den, zakoupil jsem sluchátka v předprodeji dne 29. 1. 2022 a 18. 2. 2022 v pořádku dorazily. Po instalaci Razer Synapse a THX Spatial Audio to po mě chce zadat Aktivační klíč. Bohužel tenhle klíč jsem v balení nenašel ani nikde na krabici. Chci se zeptat jak můžu získat tento Aktivační klíč. Děkuji za odpověd.

Sluchatka po strance zvuku a kvality jsou dobra. Nicmene provazi je par dost otravnych problemu.
1. vyvazenost leve a prave strany pri urcite hlasitosti nastavene na sluchatkach
2. problem s nabijenim, sluchlatka se nenabiji uplne ani pres noc a snazi se stale nabijet (nefunguje ani signalizace led) celkem hazard s baterii
3. problem s pripojenim a synapse softwarem kdy pri zmene vystupu zpet napriklad zpet na THX uz nejde ze sluchatek zadny zvuk a musi se restartovat (da se vyresit uplnym zavrenim synapse appky)
Cekam zrovna na RMA, nepredpokladam ze to neco vyresi, nicmene myslim si ze to bude chtit spise aktualizaci FW + synapse
