Dobrý den,
vysavač mám už přes 20 hodin v nabíjecí stanici. Stále svítí zeleně, ale hned po volbě programu začne svítit oranžově, poté blikne červeně a pak se rozbliká oranžově (signalizující nabíjení). Nereaguje na nic, ani nevyjede. Je to první vyzkoušení a výrobek nepracuje. Co tedy dělat? Je to vadný kus?

Dobrý den,

Dobry den, vysavac sme nechali pred pecym pouzitim cez 12h v nabijacke. Kontrolka svieti na zeleno. V aplikacii po staceni zacat cisteni zareaguje kontrolkou a prepne na oranzovu, nasledne vydá zvuk kontrolky, v aplikacii pise porucha nabijania. Vysavac je uplne novy, stale v nabijacej stanici. Co je nespravne? Dakujem

Dobrý den , moj vysávač prestal vysávať ide nejakých 15sekund a potom vykazuje chybu pri mopovani ale ide normálne. Samozrejme že nádobky sú čisté filter čistý . Čo to je za chybu ?

vysavač na nabíjecí stanici po 10 hodinách svítí trvale zeleně, při uvedení do aut. provozu začne svítit oranžově (indikace nabíjení) a po chvilce opět trvale zeleně. jedná se o první nabíjení po zakoupení. Mám nechat dále na nabíjecí stanici?
