Dobrý deň, v popise k tejto hokejke uvádzate "Hokejka – pravá" a "Zahnutie: pravé". Znamená to, že pri položení hokejky pred seba smeruje zahnutie čepele doprava a hokejka je teda určená na ľavú stranu? Nerád by som objednal druhýkrát túto hokejku, pričom už nám bola doručená hokejka so zahnutím čepele doľava pri pohľade na hokejku zhora. Pri následnej reklamácii tovaru ste nám odmietli vrátiť nami uhradené náklady na dopravu za dodanie nesprávneho tovaru, pričom pochybenie bolo na Vašej strane.
