Dobrý den. Mám settopbox Tesla TE-300. Včera se začal chovat takto: po zapnutí se na displeji ukáže "boot", potom "on", po asi 15 sec se displej zeslabí a ukazuje nejprve "0000", potom začne blikat "1234". Od té chvíle nereaguje na ovládání, nelze ani vypnout tlačítkem "Power", pouze odpojením od sítě. Zkusil jsem i reset podržením tlačítka "Power" cca 20 sec při zapojení do sítě, ale bez úspěchu. Můžu zkusit ještě nějaký speciální postup pro reset? Lze např. v tomto stavu aktualizovat firmware? Děkuji předem za radu.

Zdravím, nejdou mi naladit kanály ručně, ani automaticky. V televizi vše dobře propojené, nevíte co by mohlo pomoci?

Dobrý den. Jak prosím přesně fungují hodiny v settopboxu? Pokud jej odpojím od sítě, nejdou - což chápu, pokud STB nemá vnitřní baterii. I když ale zůstane zapojen, hodiny se začnou opožďovat. Nemá ani vliv, je-li nastavení času ruční nebo automatické. Má STB nějakou synchronizaci hodin pomocí TV signálu? Zdá se, že nikoliv.

Dobry den, Pisem z obce Dolne Oresany pri Trnave a pouzivame koaxialovy kabel pripojieny na antenu. Po nainstalovani setop box naladi iba Joj/Joj Plus a 5 madarskych kanalov ale ziadny z naladenych kanalov nie je STV alebo Markiza. Skusil som automaticke aj manualne ladenie. Ziadny rozdiel. Prosim o radu. Dakujem, Andrej
