bohužial po aktualizacii aplikacii na s slovensko.sk prestala fungovat cca asi po pol roku zablokovali ju vyhlasuje chybu takže s novymi OP ani starimi OP nefunguje a podpora vam odmieta pomoct udajne to nieje ich čitačka vnucuju mi dve od nich obe staja cez 30€ a su dlhodobo nedostupne. a original dodana pri opcianskom preukaze skapala takmer hned po dlhodobom použivany
moja zostava mac OS somona 14.1 imac 24s M1 a nefunguje ani na cpu m2 a M3 chipoch na intel chipoch tj starsich verziach Mac os nemam moznost odskusat tak neviem posudit ci je chyba v rosetta prevodniku s intel applikaci na Apple silikon
na Mac OS ventura 13 fungovala bezchybné

Dobrý den, je prosím tato čtečka kompatibilní s Windows 11? A pokud ne jak lze zjistit, která čtečka ano (bez prohlížení webu jejího výrobce či manuálu). Žádný filtr na to není a nevidím to ani v sekci parametry.

nová zaslaná čtečka se po připojení na pc s W10 sice nainstaluje, ale ani po restartu se data nenačítají a nelze se tak přihlásit na eidentitu. Netuším kde dělám chybu. zkoušeno i na jiném pc. v správci zařízení se objeví složka čipové karty ale podsložka hlásí neznámá čipová karta ať vložím do čtečky jakoukoliv kartu včetně OP. Prosím o radu.

Lebo čítačka sa mi po pripojení zapne, ale nefunguje. Aplikácia eID nevie tú čítačku nájsť.
