The remote control was missing from the box in the first order. We tried it without it, but without the remote and without a proper switch, we only managed to turn it on and randomly switch the colours. But it's impossible to get it into any desired mode. So we returned it and, inspired by one of the reviews below, we ordered it again. Unfortunately, the assumption that it was a one-off and the second one would be complete didn't pan out. We're returning it and won't be trying a third time. So the only positive thing is Alza's helpful attitude when dealing with the complaint.
