Although I have had the stand for quite a short time, I fell in love with it almost immediately. Easy assembly including stiffness adjustment thanks to clear manual ( who actually reads this: -) ) took only a few minutes. The stand does exactly what I expect from it. I bought the stand in a sale, when the real discount exceeded 40% and therefore the best price / performance ratio.

usb 3.0 ports and sufficiently long power cables (each port is plugged in separately! )
quite good workmanship
can carry up to 34" / 8kg
more or less easy positioning
simple adjustment of the stand stiffness with two Allen screws
the sticker that stood for the stand was fortunately easy to remove
blue coloured usb port wiring
partially unstable in horizontal position, when moving the monitor from any position, it is necessary to adjust this plane in the final
plate part for mounting the monitor to the stand
