easy assembly
the caps don't fit,
not strong enough to hold a 20kg 65" TV, when it slides out from the wall, the TV is crooked, it falls to one side, if the arm folds the other way, the TV falls to the other side
the back plate that is attached to the TV is full and therefore prevents the connection of cables, it must be more underlay to prevent the cables from breaking.
The cable holders can't hold 3 cables, the holder detaches and falls off.
I would not buy again, I do not recommend
