Assembly is easy, all parts are clearly marked/recognizable, requires no extra tools except for wall anchoring which requires a minimum 6mm drill and then a "philips" (+) screwdriver. The cat still has to chew it, but I don't think there would be anything dangerous for him, it is quite solid and especially after anchoring it to the wall I am not afraid. just be prepared for plush everywhere when you unpack-.
Assembly and instructions: who built IKEA can do this
Stability: separately with the possibility of anchoring into the wall
Price/value
Package: the box in which the product came has a note on what to cut and where to glue to make it a house for the cat: I recycle less than 10% and the rest has a use.

Probably one of the best scratchers I've ever seen. Cats are running around and resting here.
giant, cats like to crawl, play
plenty of space to relax
can fit an adult cat, but that cannot be said about scrapers in the price range up to a thousand
easy to assemble
the only major flaw, the scraping part is in the middle of the cylinder. cats scratching from above! so they're tearing the fabric
