Initially, it takes a while for IT to get down to temperature, which takes all night, but then it goes quiet and the motor stops running, so once it's cooled down, it's completely silent. When all the motors or the compressor are running, it makes a humming sound – the 33dB rating seems about right. When reversing the doors, you also need to reconfigure the internal runners for two of the drawers, otherwise you can't pull them out with the door open at 90°. The Czech manual is on the Bosh.CZ website. The manual was stuck to the box, which we accidentally threw out at first. The second manual, for door installation and drawer modification, is important; it's part of a pack on the outer box. Inside, there are international EU manuals. The doors have strong magnets. The doors are well insulated. They stick out a little more at the front compared to our old fridge. The LED and touch buttons are only visible when you open the door. The silver and chrome colour is the same as our other Bosh appliances. To turn it off, you use the touch button. The control processor takes half a minute to fully shut down. Only then should you unplug the 230V plug.
