Unfortunately, the first washing machine broke down during the very first run (probably just a dud). However, the complaint was resolved very quickly and without any issues. The second one is already working as it should. We were surprised by how quiet the washing machine is. The function where the cycle length adjusts to the amount of laundry loaded is also great. Or the fact that you can pause the wash at the beginning of the cycle to add more laundry. We are very pleased with the washing machine.
