After 9 months, it’s still working fine, apart from the fact that I have to tighten the screw that holds the lock in the closed position quite often. There’s simply a small screw with a insert and no counterpart, so with repeated use the screw comes loose and the lock no longer holds. At the same time, in this price range, I would expect the programme to start once the barbecue is closed, rather than after pressing ‘OK’ again manually. Another example is that the barbecue does not switch itself off automatically after a long period of inactivity. When grilling on both sides, I have to put everything at the back of the hob, otherwise the steam condenses on the grill and the water then causes a lot of trouble. However, the surface holds up brilliantly, the plates are easy to replace, and it grills superbly; ) --- All in all, it’s a decent barbecue; it just could do with sorting out a few of these minor issues, given its price range
