Apart from the recommended coffee, Kimbo can grind and press any quality coffee, no need to worry. But of course - if you pour rocks in, you'll probably ruin it, and it's hard to enforce the warranty. It's also not a good idea to experiment with the grinder setting right away - it's factory set well.
