Everything's fine. The holder holds nicely on the dashboard, no need to take up space on the window, charges, doesn't stick.
If the lady in another review is spinning the ball, it is either grounds for a complaint or rather she forgot to tighten it with the included plastic thread.

when I plug my phone into the holder, the ball that allows the phone to rotate to different sides does not hold the weight of the phone and immediately tilts down. therefore completely useless
quality design, great adjustability, sticks to the deck
the ball rotates - the phone keeps turning face down
