I bought the mouse as a replacement for an old one that ran out of AAA batteries. For that reason, I was looking for a mouse that would run on AA batteries, which this mouse fulfilled. Plus, it looks very good, it's well made, and it works really well on any surface.
The mouse is clicking very loudly. But at that price, I don't care.
