I'd say it was a huge disappointment. There is a discrepancy in the product description – the text states grade A, but the image shows grade C. The reality is C; I was expecting A. The tyre has a different tread pattern to the one shown in the picture (a different number of longitudinal grooves). I arranged for delivery on a specific day, planned my schedule accordingly, but they delivered it on a different day. It was before my due date, but in this case it was worse than if it had been later. It was probably the delivery company that caused the problem, but Alza clearly didn’t care – I got it early, so what’s the big deal? So, the result is this: I wanted to avoid the problems associated with a ‘garage-built’ car, but I ended up worse off than if I’d gone for one. Once again, it’s been confirmed to me that if you ‘fall out’ of the proper process at Alza, it’s simply a disaster.
