This is my first experience with a steam cleaner, so I cannot compare with other models or manufacturers. Anyway, don't expect a miracle, it will clean it up for you. That's when somebody's gonna come up with..: -) Manipulating the device requires a bit of practice, the head is quite robust, so you can't drive it under lower furniture or into narrower gaps. The machine is quite heavy, so you'll get a bit of exercise while cleaning. Still, I think it's a handy household helper that saves a person some precious time.

Cleaning without the use of cleaning agents. I rate the idea as positive, but in practice it is quite unusual, personally I don't have such a feeling of purity without the whiff of chemistry.

Problematic purchase of accessories, especially spare mop covers. Unfortunately, they are not available here on Alza. On the manufacturer's website there is a link to an online store where they do offer the sleeves, but there are no photos or proper descriptions of the products, so it will be a surprise if the sleeves will be compatible at all.
I find it unusable for window cleaning, it leaves a lot of water on the glass. Maybe it's a matter of practice.
