After a year of it sitting in a drawer, I used it. When measuring the car battery, the cable fell out of the measuring tip (red cable). First claim accepted. We received a new piece, during a trial, targeted test (measuring el. sockets), the wiring was again released spontaneously. Claimed again and not acknowledged. I did not get discouraged and complained after 3. Disallowed, said mechanical damage. Maybe if the manufacturer produced quality products and not total crap, there would be no mechanical damage. Not only does the manufacturer produce low quality crap, but he has the audacity to not acknowledge their claims. Definitely a manufacturing defect in multiple devices (as I wrote, 2x the same problem in 2 devices of the same model). In this case, the manufacturer is to blame and not Alza as the seller. However, even so, if someone competent from Alza is reading this, I would definitely consider working with this manufacturer of low quality crap; ) If you want to save yourself time, money, and especially your nerves, I recommend NOT buying!
