I had to complain about the first speaker after a few days - when not in use, the speaker went into a state from which it was impossible to turn it on again either with the remote control or the fixed main switch. Completely replaced the electronics and the problem recurred again, so the second complaint. After the second complaint, everything seems to be OK, only the controller sometimes does not work, e. g. while controlling the volume. Similar problems are also mentioned in foreign reviews, which is quite alarming. The initial disappointment is compensated by the nice sound, design and wireless connection via Bluetooth. I' m still thinking about a Jamo subwoofer, but after my experience, I' m more worried about another investment.

Perfect approach to the complaint of the defective piece - exchange for a new one that was fully functional.
Possibility to connect the boxes with your own better quality cable with banana plugs.
Very good sound even in the low frequencies when placed correctly.

The first piece was defective and the boxes didn't play at all.
