I've owned the product for 3 weeks, and I use it daily, and after about 2.5 weeks my left earphone started to sound quieter than the right, luckily thanks to the sound balancing feature in the app it was able to balance it out a bit, but it's still not quite the same. I don't see the lack of a lid on the box as much of a problem thanks to the strong magnets, but a lid would also be useful because I once had a box fall from half a meter and the handset fell out, and if my friend hadn't noticed, I would have left without it. ANC is a very nice feature that works nicely for me, but also not always. The headphones have a very nice sound with clear pops and loud bass. The app is also a good part of the headphones, because there is a built in equalizer, find buds, sound equalization, etc. Out of the box, the headphones always connect within seconds, and a bar pops up with the battery percentage of each headphone and box. Two additional pairs of plugs and a power cord are also included.
