It usually connects straight away, but sometimes it doesn't want to and it takes 10–20 seconds. You don't really know what's taking so long then – whether it's a fault with the car, the phone, or this device. I will keep testing, especially the button for switching between connected phones, and will update the review if need be.
Initial connection and setup were simple
USB-A to USB-C adapter included in the package
It usually connects straight away.

Really small and compact.
Connecting it was quite simple
Unfortunately, it doesn't work in my car for some system reason (probably an incompatibility with my car) and when I want to return the module, Alza just replaces the item instead. The replacement then doesn't work due to the same fault.
