Support needs to work on the interface, nonsensical tariffs
after a week of use, all the positives have vanished
constant outages of the app and support = the watch then doesn't work
unreliable communication
the plastic cover got scratched immediately (it needs a more durable material – after all, it is for children)
unable to have more than 10 people in your contacts list
expensive tariff and outrageously expensive top-up minutes (but for those who find a reason why this is enough, it won't bother them)
