Pleasant massage with warming, unfortunately I have not yet figured out a method of use that would relieve my neck muscle pain.
Contrary to the instructions it cannot be washed
Lack of instructions or recommendations on how to use on specific parts of the body

great for massaging large muscles
the massaged area and pressure can be adjusted using the belts
perhaps too harsh massaging, I would welcome the option to choose a gentler program

if you don' t have someone to massage you, this is a great helper and really relieves you
it is quite rough so no falls and you have to be careful not to massage the balls inside the product on your spine.
warms
I use only one degree, but there is another option, I mean turning the direction.
It can be used for anything. Feet, back, legs. Where you actually want and stuff it: D
it must be plugged in during use, so you must have an outlet with you somewhere. It is not on a rechargeable battery - just for info
