In one word: tragedy. I' m starting to understand why so many people use Airpods. Surface headphones, they do what they want. I switched it to the factory settings twice. Cleaned drivers in Device Manager, Tryed to pair again, problems persisted. I' ve been trying to google the solution, and I' m starting to wonder why over 7 percent of this punt is returning to alza.
The user experience with headphones should be taken out of the box, plugged in and listening.
Not to troubleshoot for a few hours.
Tested on W11 and W10 with all updates.
Nice workshop workmanship.
