We were deciding between a counter and a drawer freezer. For clarity, we chose a drawer. We had a counter one and it' s still rummaging. Considering price, energy efficiency, size and appearance, Midea won. I didn' t know the brand, but considering it' s a well-known Chinese manufacturer of air conditioners, I assume they can handle the freezer. I was surprised by the quality of the design and perhaps even such details as the rubber ends at the condensation tubes at the back of the freezer motor. The opening is solved by a push handle, so even our little daughter can easily open the freezer. The two upper drawers can be completely removed to accommodate a larger piece of meat. The noise is normal when it freezes, it is a little noisier than the freezer we have with the Samsung refrigerator. Otherwise you don' t know much about her. We didn' t try switching to refrigerator mode, but I consider it a nice benefit if you don' t need a freezer anymore. Both the handle and the opening can be conveniently flipped to the other side. There are two adjustable wheels at the front and movable wheels at the back, so you won' t tear the lino. The only thing that bothers me is the display on the front of the door. With our older Samsung refrigerator, I already had to repair the wiring harness, because they wear out from frequent opening and then the display does not light up. With Midea, the bundle is thinner, so maybe the wood will last. Most importantly, you don' t go to the freezer 20 times a day.
The overall look is great.
