I needed an angled cable with DP Alt Mode support. Alza doesn't have one, so I tried this adapter. I didn't expect even basic adapters not to have all the pins connected.
Miniature
It does not have fully connected pins, so "DP Alt Mode" does not work.

Hello, thank you for your feedback, based on which the supplier contacted us and would like to respond below.
"The CB5 adapter is designed for charging and data transfer, and does not support DP Alt Mode for video transmission. To connect a monitor, we can recommend our CB18 cable (https://www.alza.cz/mobile-origin-240w-80gbps-8k-60hz-led-display-usb-c-cable-1-5m-cb18-d13459556. htm? o=1), which supports DP Alt Mode. We also understand that you needed this for the cable you had already purchased. Should you experience any issues, please contact us at [email protected], we will be happy to help."
If you need anything else, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you and have a nice day, Ondřej – Alza expert
