I bought the headphones as a present for my partner and she’s happy with them. The earphones fit snugly in the ears and are discreet. They’re actually quite loud. I just have to criticise the touch controls, because they’re a bit messy. And, most importantly, they can’t be adjusted in any way in the Niceboy app. So you have to rely solely on the equaliser on your phone.

With the first pair of headphones, the right earpiece had a shorter battery life; it lasted about a week and then stopped working completely. It didn’t work straight out of the box, but it did work once it was fully charged. I had to make a complaint, and it was resolved very quickly. The second pair has the same problem, namely that the right earpiece has a short battery life. When it switches off, the left one still has about 10–20 % left. It's annoying. I don’t think I’ll bother with it again; as long as it works, it’s fine. According to the instructions, surround sound is supposed to be activated by pressing and holding the button on the left earpiece, but I don’t think it’s working; otherwise, the rest of the functions on both earpieces work fine. I don’t like the fact that there’s only one LED. When the box is opened, it indicates the charge status (white – OK, red – charge). But it often happens that when you put the earphones back in the case, the light is white, but the battery level is already quite low, so the earphones don’t charge properly and you don’t realise this until you open the case again. The sub-circuits had four diodes, so it was easy to monitor and adjust them.

I purchased these headphones as a replacement for my original Soundpeats. I use them to listen to music at work, for online work meetings, while running and exercising. Unfortunately, compared to my original headphones, this one loses a lot. When switching between ANC on and ANC off modes, the headphones do produce sound, but you'll notice very little difference in listening quality. With my original Sounpeats, the earpiece at least said "ANC mode", "Pass thourgh" or "Standard mode". It's probably the crappy ANC, because even with it on, you can hear the ambient noise quite significantly. If other than ANC mode is on, the headphones also have a pretty crappy, flat sound. For me, this was a pretty bad buy.
