Purchased for a trip to Southern Europe, the Mediterranean, to protect against sandflies (Phlebotomus).
It does what it's supposed to, even on its owner.
I'm not too sure about the metal clip for threading it through, but the dog seems to be able to live with it.
It's recommended to start giving it to your dog 2 weeks before travelling for it to take full effect on their coat.

It doesn't repel ticks, it doesn't kill them. it's just not working.

Great collar, the dog has no ticks and when we first put it on him, the tick fell off dead in a day. Works perfectly, we will definitely buy again.
