It comes to a boil quite quickly on a two-ring hob. It cools down more slowly, it takes at least 30 minutes before you can touch it. At a full boil, the performance is so good that I had to take the lid off because the water was already boiling over, so I don't understand the cooking problems other users have had. For this price, it's more than good.
My first experience was better than the reviews suggested.
It takes 20 minutes to bring a pot with 2.5L of water to a full boil, which is an adequate performance.

The device has a successful design, it is functional but you can see the maximum effort to save on material. If the low failure rate reported on Alza is confirmed, I will be very satisfied.

Compared to the ceramic hob, the cooker has a slower start-up time but on the other hand it stays hot for a long time. Feel free to turn it off 5-10 minutes before you plan to finish cooking (if you had it set to max. temperature).
Rotary controllers are cheap in operation, have backlash and zero resistance when turning.
