It's not a wheel but a wheelbarrow. Compared to the picture, it has hand grips instead of those stops on the tube, so it's actually better than the picture. It is very easy to practice with, thanks to the attachment to the legs, you can invent different improvements to existing exercises. Overall I had a lot of fun, the shaft is a massive tube that is very hard to bend. The hand grips are made of strong rubber that won't wear out easily (I'm just afraid that it will stretch over time and need to be replaced with some kind of wrap). Sneakers should be worn on your feet, without them it is uncomfortable in the home environment. It's infinitely better than those conventional plastic wheels that are unstable, various throws and you're always one step away from hurting your back.
