All in all, for the money (on a 50% off deal), the coffee machine is superb. It has minor imperfections, but in my opinion, the resulting quality of the coffee is on par with many coffee machines that are several times more expensive (compared to JURA, NIVONA, and De'Longhi machines in the £500-£1,000 price range). You just have to use good quality coffee, not some cheap brand. I'd also like to address the "faults" mentioned by other reviewers (who unfortunately lack common sense or haven't read the manual): - Steam comes out of the coffee machine when frothing milk – a completely normal phenomenon. Where else would the steam go?
- The coffee temperature can be set to "normal", "high", and "max". I would expect these to correspond to approx. 90–92°C, 93–95°C, and 96–97°C. - Some people struggle with fitting the water tank – it literally has guide elements on it; you can't put it in wrong.
Very simple cleaning of the milk system (Press the settings button and the OK button about 3 times)
Very easy to take apart and clean all the parts, almost everything can be washed in the dishwasher.
A BRITA descaling filter is included with the coffee machine
Clear controls. You can make your morning coffee with just a few clicks.
I wasn't expecting the system to feel so quick and smooth. It's noticeably faster than the infotainment in my car.
Excellent coffee, especially the double shot :)
Very simple instructions. You just have to read them before you plug the coffee machine in.
The tube that goes into the milk carton – I'll never want anything else. After use, I just wipe it down and let it clean automatically.
The coffee machine guides you every step of the way – you can't go wrong.
Good value for money at 50% off
Adjustable grinder
So far, it's the loudest coffee machine I've ever heard. When it starts up, it makes an extremely rattly plastic sound, however, I've read that it supposedly stops making it after a while.
For a coffee machine with an original price of 20,000, I would expect it to have a cup warmer and also some way to have multiple preset profiles for more people in the household.
Very small drip tray. I appreciate the thorough cleaning of the coffee machine when turning it on/off. However, you'll have to empty the tray every other day.
The designer water container isn't entirely well thought out in terms of space – the coffee machine needlessly takes up more room than it should.
Preparing coffee and heating up are a bit slow.
The door is very impractical, you need to have at least 15–20cm of space on the left side of the coffee machine.
The milk tube gets in the way a lot when opening the machine and it probably wouldn't be too hard to break it if you forget about it.
I have tall cappuccino mugs and unfortunately they don't fit.

For the price I paid for this SIEMENS TP511R01 EQ500 classic coffee machine, I wasn't expecting any miracles, but it has exceeded my expectations. I wanted it to be able to draw milk automatically and make a latte or cappuccino. For this price, there probably isn't any other coffee machine that does that, and I also wanted it to be easy to clean, and it ticks all the boxes. I used to have a Krups and taking it apart and cleaning it took about an hour. This one is amazing! I'm no great coffee connoisseur, but I do think it tastes good :-)
Hygiene comes first!
The coffee from it tastes great and the milk foam is lovely and thick.
Removable combustion unit
Price
Easy cleaning of the milk system
Maybe a little noisier
You can't set the temperature (I have no control over it) - but I suppose that's the case with any automatic machine.
I can't think of anything else.
I would have preferred buttons for the controls.
The original price of 20k is completely off the mark

I am very satisfied with my purchase. I bought two (one for home and one for work) and everyone praises the coffee. The machine works reliably, is quick to clean, and the milk foam is superb. A great choice for a reasonable price.
• Coffee from it tastes great and the milk foam is lovely and thick. • It's really simple to use • Cleaning takes hardly any time, the coffee machine rinses itself. • I bought two of them straight away – one for home and one for work, and both work perfectly.
Can't think of anything, I'm very happy with it.

As a student, I never thought I'd spend my hard-earned money on a coffee machine, but it happened and I don't regret a single penny.

I've only had the coffee machine for a short while and have only tried a few drinks so far. I'm happy with it for now. What I don't really like about the machine is what a big plastic block it is, but I was expecting that when I bought it (It might not be ideal for a smaller kitchen). For me, the taste of the coffee is comparable to other automatic coffee machines, it just takes a bit longer to prepare, but on the other hand, the machine doesn't take as long to heat up as other machines. Some people might find it a bit more high-maintenance (because of the removable brewing unit), but for me, that's actually a plus, because you can then clean it thoroughly and not just rely on a tablet. The milk frothing system is easy to take apart and very similar to other coffee machines. I also see a big plus in the fact that some parts of the coffee machine can be washed in the dishwasher on a programme up to 60°C.
