If you are planning a stacked "tumble dryer on washing machine" setup, be very careful with Alza's services. I bought a SIEMENS WG56B2A2CS iQ700 washing machine, a SIEMENS WR47B2C0CS iQ700 tumble dryer and the corresponding SIEMENS WZ28000 stacking kit with a pull-out shelf on Alza (note: when choosing a stacking kit, the dryer's product datasheet is key. The washing machine's description usually just mentions that it supports a stacking kit). Along with the purchase of the washing machine and dryer (in one basket), I ordered Alza's "complete delivery to the flat" for 699 Kč, which includes "appliance installation". However, you only find out after delivery that none of the small private couriers contracted by Alza will ever screw the stacking kit onto the washing machine (they aren't trained for this and are afraid of paying Alza for potential damages) and consequently won't lift the heavy dryer onto the washing machine! So the dryer and the stacking kit were left in my hallway.
After calling Alza to ask what to do, they offered to send another team (apparently one that handles integrated appliances) on some other day. But they won't even give you a selection of dates. And most importantly, as they said, even this team will under no circumstances swap the right door hinge of the dryer to the left, as they aren't trained for it……
Therefore, I recommend only having Alza deliver, unbox and take away the packaging for the washing machine, dryer (and stacking kit if applicable). Maybe just have them connect the washing machine and, if needed, take away the old appliance(s). I then arranged for Siemens service to assemble the stack and swap the door hinges.
Note: The iQ700 washing machine has the hinge strictly on the left side. The iQ700 dryer has the hinge on the right side out of the factory. This is fine for side-by-side floor installation to the right of the washing machine, but it is generally unsuitable for a stacked setup, and in my case, with the left side of the stack against a wall, it was a total disaster. However, the door hinge on the iQ700 dryer (note: not on the iQ500) can be reversed by a professional service technician.
this iQ700 dryer has a reversible door hinge 🙂 (the lower iQ500 doesn't have this). Out of the box, the hinge is on the right, but in a stack, it's generally better to have it on the same side as the washing machine, i.e. on the left. And in the case of a stack with the left side against the wall (see photo), having the hinges on the right would be very unfortunate.
it is suitable for stacking. According to the product data sheet (the dryer's sheet is decisive for the stacking kit), the SIEMENS WZ28000 stacking kit is compatible.
self-cleaning condenser - note that there isn't even a small door under the closed main door. When cleaning, you just take out the lint filter in the usual way when the main door is open and clean it. (how effective the self-cleaning condenser actually is, I'll only find out after years of use)

the pull-out shelf in the stacking kit has a universal use 😂. But we were already using that with our previous stack.
Based on the design, drying should be a bit faster, but verification would require complex tests (how wet the laundry actually is before and after the "iron dry", "cupboard dry", "cupboard dry+" etc. programmes).
When setting up the Wi-Fi, the dryer's software crashed and it became completely unresponsive. Even leaving it unplugged for about a minute didn't help. What finally worked was unplugging it, holding down the main dial for a moment (to discharge it) and leaving it for half an hour. After switching it on, it looked the same at first, but after a short while it kicked in and everything has been fine since. That is why in the end I'm not docking a star.
Due to a weak signal from the remote router (on the other side of the flat) to the home WiFi (and conversely, a weak signal from the dryer to the router), I had to install a WiFi Access Point in the next room via a LAN cable – preferably by creating a new network with a new name (so that the washing machine and dryer wouldn't get confused).
