I've been looking for such a ceiling fan for a long time - to be smartly controlled (Home Assistant), including changing direction, but most importantly to be quiet. Smart fans are mostly small ones without blades and they are very noisy (smaller blades => higher speed => more noise). This is perfect. A minor disappointment is the integration into Home Assistant, I haven't managed to get it to work locally yet - it requires either the cloud API or via IR/RF blaster (I'm not sure which one it uses right now). Anyway, the commands from the controller are reflected by the Tuya app. The light is probably fed through a relay, which switches off with some delay. For one thing, it clicks and the ramp-up is instantaneous, not smooth. You can turn on beep command confirmation - nice for the controller, but it also beeps when you change via the app/HA, which I don't want. Although 4 stars, this is probably the best fan I have found for my use.
Quiet (even at top speed)
Brightness and light temperature control
Summer/winter mode switchable via app
Integration into Home Assistant (cloud)
Doesn't work with localTuya (at least not yet)
The light is powered via a relay (clicks)
