I was under the impression that Alza monitored the quality of its own brand. But this has to be the worst product I have ever bought. Definitely not this.
Battery life
When the battery is dead (and on first use), you put it on to charge and nothing happens :) If you're lucky, it will then show it's charging after an hour.
The pressure changes depending on how much water is in the reservoir, and for full pressure, I have to press down on the reservoir and push it downwards.
Material - cheap plastic that had an outrageous artificial smell. It still smelled awful even after washing it several times.

The water pressure was really great until it changed after 2 months and now it barely gets anything out from between my teeth. The first one arrived already broken and water was spraying from all the openings. Alza accepted the complaint straight away and sent a new one, which I'll now have to make a complaint about.
Good water pressure (at first)
Extremely unreliable item.
Water is spraying where it shouldn't be.

The worst product I have ever bought on Alza. Extremely poor quality straight out of the box. It won't charge with any cable other than the one supplied, even though it's supposed to be a standard USB-C. Water leaks from absolutely everywhere except the nozzle, making it useless. And the icing on the cake is that after use, water remains inside the device even after thoroughly emptying it, so the water just stagnates in there. Good luck with a healthy clean.
Useless junk

The instructions are insane. You don't know which attachments are for what. They are not shown in the instructions, they just inform you that they are there and why. But which one is it? The same is true of regimes. In the instructions the information is there but to at least write how to distinguish them on the display, it's not. I know that unlike the Philips tris, this one pumps water continuously. It doesn't pause to go from tooth to tooth. Firstly, you're splashing water unnecessarily, secondly you have a mouth full of water and finally you don't have space to move from one gap to another. Also the seal of the tank in which the module is inserted does not work well. If you tilt it more, the water will flow out.

Hello, thank you for your detailed feedback. We are sorry that you found the instructions unclear. A description of each attachment is included in the product photo gallery, where the heads are shown in more detail than is possible in the printed manual. Nevertheless, we take your comment into consideration and will consider adding more illustrative information to the manual.
As for the operation of the oral shower - it is also equipped with a pulse mode. However, we understand that his speech may not be to everyone's taste.
About the tank seal - it is functional in normal use in the standard position, if tilted significantly it may leak water. We will also take this comment into account in further product development.
Thank you for your suggestions, which help us to further improve our products and their documentation.

I'm excited about the oral shower! Most of all I appreciate that it is not on a cable, so it can be used in the shower and there is no water everywhere: )
The battery lasts a really long time. It is lightweight, easy to handle, I really recommend it.

I hesitated for a long time and finally tried it, better price than e.g. other brands, I have no comparison to the competition, but it works, does what it's supposed to, lots of heads and travel kit included, for me a blast

Siguro's FlossJet I730W mouthwash won us over in spades. Very easy maintenance, powerful battery. Very easy to use. It has 5 functions and one of them is a custom function where you choose exactly everything according to your preferences. There are 6 heads and they are fully rotatable and easy to change. The overall impression is amazing! I recommend it to everyone!: -)
