A well-made bag that can be folded up is unfortunately practically unusable for food cooling purposes.
For ideal functionality, it is better to buy cooling inserts for the bag, for example the cheapest ones from Aktion.
It will then keep its cool for up to 12 hours.
The bag is foldable

The internal gel is rather useless, it doesn't even last 4 hours. We have bought external inserts for the cooler bag, e.g. in Action - this works well

The disadvantage is that the gel insert for colds in the refrigerator is not detachable.
