He spent very little time on the selection, wondering what could be wrong with the stroller, but it really does tip over very easily (i.e. the handle falls to the ground, not sideways). I've seen other abandoned strollers out there and they don't suffer with it. Maybe it could be used for older kids who won't occasionally deny themselves.
