After debugging it will probably be a great pot, but unusable as a rice cooker for now.

so far, absolutely and already with the second piece, it is impossible to cook rice according to the instructions, the pot constantly heats up until the rice burns after half an hour - it can not switch after heating to the cooking mode with countdown time, but it does it only for rice (At tefal as an odor advice sent only the manual, where nothing is: -)
Tefal support is absolutely tragic, which is a real shame.

Hello, thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear about your negative experience. We're trying to figure out where the fault may lie. We tried the rice again according to the instructions and did not notice any problem. The instructions state the maximum possible filling when cooking rice to half the volume, you also need to put the lid on for pressure cooking and the program should take 12 minutes. If you are sure that you are doing everything correctly according to the instructions and there is still something wrong, please contact the service again. We'll try to test this particular piece.
