A lot depends on what you expect from the device: It is more for straightening and refreshing a few pieces of clothing, do not expect to iron all shirts. I find it easier to iron thicker fabrics (sweaters, etc. ) than thin cotton, the thicker fabric is easier to work with. I bought it specifically for sweaters and cardigans, so I'm happy. It heats up quickly. The water reservoir could be bigger, but if you only want to (thoroughly) iron one or two pieces, that's fine. The device unfortunately cools down for a very long time, I take that as the biggest minus.
