The milk is skimmed, but it takes at least a minute to make a good froth for one salad.
As soon as 3/4 of the rotating spiral is immersed in milk, the skimmer rapidly loses power, the spiral oscillates and the skimmer stops skimming
I wouldn't buy again. I was thinking of returning it, but my girlfriend talked me into it because it's nice and I'm finally going to get it so what 😀
